Session 5: PowerClerk for Incentive and Rebate Programs

Rebates are back and not just for EVSE. The Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) funds multiple federal departments that are in turn awarding money to state energy offices for programs like Solar for All. PowerClerk—originally a rebate and incentive processing system—has handled 94 solar programs and approximately 650,000 projects across residential, commercial and community-solar for 11GW worth of capacity and nearly $4B in incentives.
